Heirloom Prep Academy was founded with a vision to restore confidence, leadership, etiquette and intentional exposure in the next generation of young girls. Created to bridge the gap between academic achievement and real-world preparedness, the academy was designed to cultivate grace, self-worth, communication skills, executive presence and leadership in a modern yet timeless way.

At its core, Heirloom Prep Academy was built on the belief that success is not determined by academics alone, but also by confidence, character, exposure and the ability to navigate a variety of environments with poise and purpose.

The name “Heirloom” represents legacy — the passing down of values, standards, wisdom and preparation from one generation to the next. Every experience, lesson and event is intentionally curated to help young girls grow into confident, well-rounded leaders prepared for both personal and professional success.

The academy was created to provide girls with opportunities and experiences that many traditional educational settings often overlook, including:

Since its founding, Heirloom Prep Academy has evolved into a multifaceted leadership and development program offering weekly classes, dining etiquette experiences, tea experiences, golf and networking exposure, mentorship opportunities, cotillion preparation, leadership events and community centered initiatives.

Programs are thoughtfully structured by age and developmental stage to ensure each participant receives an experience tailored to her growth and confidence journey.

Based in the DMV area, Heirloom Prep Academy continues to expand its mission of empowering girls to lead with confidence, move with intention and carry themselves with grace in every room they enter.
What age groups are eligible to join and how do I enroll my daughter in the program?

Heirloom Prep Academy is open to girls ages 5–18, with tailored activities for elementary, middle and high school students.

Families can enroll by completing our online registration form once enrollment opens. You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps and important dates.
When and where will classes take place and how much does the program cost?

Our core sessions will run August through May at The Country Club at Woodmore.

We are committed to access and inclusion. Partial and full scholarships will be available based on need and sponsorship funding.
Who will be teaching the classes?

Classes are led by a mix of etiquette coaches, business professionals, educators and community mentors. Each brings expertise in their field to give students real-world skills.
What is the time commitment for students?

The program runs for one academic year (August through May). Students meet weekly for 1–2 hours, with occasional weekend events or community service projects.
How can I support or volunteer?

We welcome community support! Parents and community members can help through mentorship, guest speaking, event volunteering, or donations to support scholarships and program growth.
